I live in Porter Ranch and was walking my dog a few weeks ago and I saw Luis and his dad planting beautiful flowers on a neighbors front yard.  I needed help re-doing my backyard which had been neglected for many years.  I called Luis and he came over to discuss the plan.  It's finished now an I absolutely love it!! Luis did a fantastic job at my house. I wanted to replace my thirsty landscaping with a fresh look that needs very little water. Luis removed my old lawn and replaced it with decomposed granite, then he planted nicely arranged feather grass and 2 olive trees. Weekly water requirement: only 5 minutes total watering per week! And it’s very easy to maintain. My 100 year old house has a great new look thanks to Luis. He responded quickly to my texts and calls, showed up on time, and his price was fair. Luis did a really nice job of getting the landscaping and irrigation in for a rental property after I did the renovation. They maintain the landscaping now. Luis called me to let me know that a couple of my finicky hedge plants were not doing well. This is exactly the kind of communication I need at a rental property.
